Today, NCS Collective unveils their poignant new worship single, “Finally Home,” in partnership with NRT Music. The release marks the third worship single from NCS Collective, a renowned group of faith-based singers, writers, and producers from the Nashville, TN music scene, dedicated to elevating the body of Christ.
“Finally Home” captures the profound mixture of sorrow and joy experienced when a loved one transitions into the arms of Jesus. The song, penned by acclaimed songwriters Bonnie J. Barbey and John Chisum, invites listeners into an emotional yet hopeful space. With heartfelt lyrics like “Finally home, finally free/Finally in the arms of Jesus/Where you were always meant to be,” the song touches on the pain of loss while celebrating the joy of eternal reunion in Christ.
